All of our animals are:

• Raised only on our fresh pastures using management intensive grazing on our fertile grass / alfalfa fields.
• Never given antibiotics, hormones, or steroids of any kind.
• All animals are raised with the highest care and patience taken, always allowing the animals to express their god-given nature.

Our meats are available by the pound, quarter or halves. All meat is USDA inspected and flash frozen unless otherwise requested.
